  1. The same God who created life in you can be trusted with details of your life.

  2. Worrying about the future hampers your efforts for today.

  3. Worry is more harmful than helpful.

  4. God does not ignore those who depend on him

  5. Worrying shows a lack of faith in and understanding God.

  6. Worry keeps us from the real challenges that God wants us to pursue.

  7. Living one day at a time keeps us from being consumed with worry.

Jesus teaches us about worry in (Matthew 6:25-34). When a person becomes inflicted with worry so much it is where worry may:

  1. Damage your health as in the mind, body and spirit.

  2. Disrupt your productivity as in the inability to maintain focus of what is or needs to be done in your life.

  3. Negatively affect the way you treat others. This can cause broken friendships and relationships with those who mean most to you.

  4. Reduce your ability to trust in God with all your heart and soul where you might turn away from him and the temptation of different addictions help with a quick fix.

There is a big difference between worry and genuine concern. Worry immobilizes a person. Concern moves a person into action. So therefore, have no worry for He is not worried of who created you, our Lord, our God who is in the kingdom of heaven. How can you move yourself from worry and take action in your life to live your life one day at a time. Love is action!
